By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
These are my personal terms, as i want to ensure it is a good experience for the both of us. I will not be making exceptions to these terms, as I value my time, materials, and mental wellbeing. I request you respect my boundaries so we can best work as a team. If you are unable to comply with my personal boundaries, then we are not a good fit for each other. I will not tolerate any bullying, chasing, or guilt tripping.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. For example, in the US, you must be over the age of 18 or have parent permission in order to purchase my products. I am not responsible or obligated to cancel or refund orders due to people not adhering to these rules.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
You may not under any circumstances copy any or use any photos, descriptions, or content of this website without consulting Mythical Wigs.. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
ONLINE PAYMENT PLANS
I offer a variety of different payment options for your convenience, including PayPal, , Shopify, and Payment Plans. Please note the following if you do request a payment plan.
Commissions & Restyles must be paid 100% in full before I begin working on your wig(s). Unless stated otherwise! I will then be adding you into my calendar, and your processing time will begin. If all payments are not complete, I have you in my calendar as TBD until all payments have been made. Your spot is not secure until that time.
Ready to Ship products are sold on a “First come- First serve” basis. They are not customizable, nor are returnable for any refunds. Payment must be paid 100% in full before shipment. To inquire about RTS products please visit our website or contact us at MythicalWigs@gmail.com.
You must remember to send your payments on time. It is not my job to remind you, so please be conscientious of this. You will receive 4 reminders before your order is canceled. I am a patient person, but I cannot be waiting months for payment. Any missed or late payment on your part will cause a delay with your order. If I send you a manual reminder about your payment on multiple occasions, it means your payment is significantly delayed & your spot on my schedule will be delayed further.
Any estimation of processing time when quoted is no longer accurate, and cannot be honored, including rush orders. The original deadline is based on ‘On Time’ payments (ex. Due to ship in July) This is an automatic delay for your own deadline, and my processing time may have changed since quoted, depending on all other outstanding orders on my schedule, and creates a difficult situation I would rather avoid.
I am not financially responsible for payments that stop being made. I do not offer refunds on payments because customers did not budget appropriately. I use the money from payments to pay for materials, bases, shipping materials, etc. Refunds are subject to my approval, so this is why it is very important that you’ve budgeted appropriately, and make sure you can commit when placing an order. I am unable to function like Amazon or other big companies and offer refunds if you decide to cancel due to financial stress.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are more than welcome to utilize one of my other payment options through my website, including Etsy Pay and PayPal, which often offers Pay in 4 options.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. I am a professional with years of experience and deserve to be treated as such. If I feel uncomfortable in a situation, I will immediately terminate any current and future services. If this occurs, I will add you to a list of people to not work with, and while I would hate to do so, if the situation rises, I will do so. Please remember, commissioners across the industry speak to each other and are close to each other, so if I have an uncomfortable or negative experience with a customer, it is likely they will be warned of your behavior. It is important to be kind to your commissioners, so they create the best product possible. If they are under stress do to chasing, bullying, negativity, etc., it is possible they will rush the order to get it done, and this term is in place to prevent a lack luster product to be sent out.
If I find out a client has publicly or privately spoken ill of me/my work, I will refuse service.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Please note I am human, and I do make occasional typos or mistake. Please let me know when I have made these mistakes so I may fix them. If I mark something incorrectly, for example and accidentally price it as free, or way lower than my commission rate, and you purchase expecting the product at that price, I will immediately cancel your order and refuse service if you are not willing to cover the correct price.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Processing times are subject to change and I may not have updated it as quickly as I would need to.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. I live where the cost of living is consistently rising as well as the price of gas. Please remember I am one person running this business as my only job, and I need to be able to survive off of this sole income.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. For example if payment plans are not followed through on or if restyles are discussed inaccurately.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. It is up to my discretion whether to grant a refund or cancellation. Please make sure you budget appropriately and make sure you can follow through with the sale. I am a small business, and I cannot operate like Amazon or any other big business offering refunds and cancelations without question as I do not have the disposable income to do so.
All payments to wigs are immediately sent to cover the cost of the materials, bases, shipping supplies, etc., as well as cover my day to day living expenses. I am a full-time stylist and I do not have a steady income outside of Mythical Wigs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unmoved in its original packaging. Once this is proven, it is up to me to decide whether to honor the refund. Once your refund is granted, you must ship the wig back at you own cost unless otherwise specified by me. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

In case of damage or loss
If a package arrives damaged, you may NOT ask for a refund, but you may ask to have the product fixed. You must ship back the item you have at your own cost, even if it is totally damaged. Damage from wear and use is NOT counted as damage. Only damage from shipping will be considered. Contact me immediately at MythicalWigs@gmail.com if the item has been damaged in shipping or if you have received the wrong items
If you have waited more than 5 business days from the delivery date to notify me of the damage, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom styles, custom wig cap sizes and custom color choices. Unfortunately, it would be difficult to resell that item, so I will be unable to accept a return. If you are unhappy with the styling, you can book a restyle slot and I will get you on the calendar to redo it.
EXCHANGES
I only offer exchanges at my discretion. If I have already ordered the materials for your wig, I am unable to exchange to another style. Please note, you will be required to pay the difference in price for the wig you have chosen. If the wig is more money than what you have originally ordered, I will accept your payment as a credit toward your next wig. You will be put into a file to ensure you still have your credit to use with your next wig. Once you would like to redeem your credit, please contact me at MythicalWigs@gmail.com so I can create a custom coupon for you to use.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SUPPLY OF BASES, ACCESSORIES, & ADD-ONS
Availability of certain products or add-ons are subject to change at any time that can result in a delay of your order. I have no control over the availability of materials or the length of time it takes for said materials to reach me. Multiple products have been backordered as I use third party companies to sell my products, and I cannot control when they restock. When you purchase, you understand that there may be delays due to color availability, base availability, and a number of other factors I do not have control over.
ILL FITTING PRODUCT
I am not responsible if the wig does not fit you under styling commissions, only in custom cap commissions the sizing is taken into consideration and I would be held responsible if fitting is not proper. If you give me the incorrect measurements of your size, that is not on me, and you will need to purchase a restyle slot. I use a standard size wig cap and canvas head for every wig, it is up to you to communicate beforehand if you need a larger or smaller size.
WRONG SIZE
Provided that you have given the correct measurements and still received an item that does not fit, you may ship back the item for size alteration. Return shipping costs are for the client to pay at any given circumstance. The adjustments are all done free of charge. This is only possible if the wig is received in the condition that it was shipped in without any attempts at fixing or stretching by the client or any other commissioner they may have contacted in the meantime. If item gets to me and has clearly been altered, I will give you the option to purchase a restyle slot, or you can pay to have the wig sent back to you.
PROGRESS PHOTOS
I do not send Work In Progress photos or any progress photos unless I deem it necessary, the only time you will hear from me during work on a project, is when I have a question regarding something and need your input such as certain styles, custom styles, preferences, etc. so there is no benefit to asking me constantly "How is my order going? Can I have some pictures? When will it ship?"
I will only answer with the link to the “Check Your Order Status” page unless a question is asked that is deemed necessary to answer.
Following up on your order too often will only create anxiety and stress for me, and then I will not enjoy the work on the order and may not produce the best output and simply just try to get it done as soon as possible just so that you would stop contacting me and cut the nagging off. I will also mark you down as "do not work with again", I do have a list of names I don’t want to add more to.
If after reading this you insist on contacting me about your order too often, I will simply cancel your order and wish you good luck finding another commissioner who would meet your deadline. I believe my prices are very fair and quality does not mean fast, so patience is really KEY. Each wig is a piece of art that I spend lots of time on, I only send out products that I am genuinely happy with.
MISSED DEADLINES
If a deadline is missed, I do not offer refunds or discounts. All I can do is provide you with a new deadline for your order. My life can get very chaotic with health problems for myself as well as my family, having to suddenly take on more work to pay bills, or when life happens, so please take that into account when purchasing. Because of this, I do not recommend you booking events with my product in mind until it is in your hands. Any delay due to personal or shipping reasons are possible, and it is best for both of us to book events after it is received.
If you caused the missed deadline due to lack of communication, not sending correct head measurements or lack of payment- it is NOT counted as a missed deadline to me, as the delay was from your end. A new deadline will be given based on my next openings.
DAMAGE FROM WEAR
Any damage that happens after you have received and worn the item is no longer of relation to the order. Wigs usually require a level of maintenance and care after each wear, which ranges from some brushing, hair spray, redoing a braid or a bun, and proper storage. A lot of wigs would require restyling at some point, You may send your wigs for re-styling or fixing if you cannot do the proper maintenance for them yourself, however that is done at an extra fee that will be discussed upon your request and viewing the level of work required on the wig.
RESTYLES
Please note the following rules for booking restyles:
-Have wig on a wig head straight secured with wig pins
-Shipped in a box large enough to safely store the wig and packed securely. I recommend 12”x12”x12” boxes that can be purchased at your local office supply store for $1-$2.

-Please insure the package for the entire value and track it. If the package is lost and isn’t tracked or insured, there’s nothing I am able to do to help, and an insurance claim cannot be filed.
-Please email or DM me tracking once it is shipped, I will notify you once I receive your package(s)
I will begin your processing time once the wig has arrived.
PLEASE NOTE: If the wig arrives damaged from shipping or in worse condition than the photos provided, I reserve the right to charge for the additional time required to complete the wig. Failure to cover the cost of the remainder of your restyle fee will result in me undoing any styling I have already completed on the wig and shipping it back. I will not be issuing a refund, as the pay covers the work I have already completed as well as the materials necessary to complete the style.
IF THE WIG IS UNSALVAGEABLE: If your wig arrives and I deem it unsalvageable, I can offer you a credit toward a commission, and can either ship the wig back to you or throw the wig away for you. It is very rare that I come across a wig I can’t fix, but in the slim chance it occurs, I want to be able to provide the opportunity to still have a wearable wig. The remainder the of the cost can be made in payments if need be. I will attempt to keep the same deadline as before, but there may be delays due to the base shipment. I will begin the new wig once all payments are made.
RETURN SHIPPING
If you need to ship back a wig for alteration or repair, any shipping back and forth will be for you to pay for, unless otherwise specified. If you send a package to me without tracking and it gets lost, it is not my responsibility. If you send it with tracking and insurance and it gets further damage or loss, the cost of repair or replacement will be your responsibility also, so in that case you will have to file claim with the post and wait for insurance repayment. Be sure to always get tracking and insurance and put the full value of the item in the documents in case such issues happen, otherwise insurance will not cover any costs.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
